TUPAD Profiling System

TUPAD (Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers) is the Department of Labor and Employment's emergency employment program. It provides displaced, underemployed, and disadvantaged workers — including those affected by calamities — with short-term work and emergency income.

This system is where beneficiaries register and track their application, and where DOLE field office staff profile, evaluate, and enroll beneficiaries into TUPAD projects.

Apply for TUPAD Not yet registered? Fill out the beneficiary profiling form. No account needed. Check Application Status Already applied? Look up your status using your reference number and birthday. Staff Login DOLE field office staff can sign in to profile, evaluate, and manage TUPAD projects.
